Sama is a sanskrit word meaning equality, calmness, tranquility, and peacefulness of the mind. Our vision at Sama is to help the practitioner realize his or her natural strength of heart, body, and mind through the practice of yoga, Pilates, and holistic wellness practices. Our goal is to help you become more peaceful with your environment, relationships, and within yourself. We practice Sama in each class, Private session, workshop, and in our Teacher Training's, starting from the basics, focusing on the breath, building a foundation based upon the correct alignment for your body, and moving into more advanced practices. We offer fitness, yoga, meditation, and Pilates classes and encourage the use of our holistic and alternative health services to assist you on the journey of transformation that comes with consistent practice.
