Bryant & Rutledge, LLC was formed in 2003 by Brian T. Bryant, MAI and Roderick A. Rutledge for the purpose of providing real estate analysis to a variety of clients. The real estate analysis services that we can provide include valuation, condemnation appraisals, consulting, property tax appeals, market and feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis, and appraisal and feasibility reviews. Clients include financial institutions, corporations, real estate investment trusts (REIT’s), government agencies, developers, and individual property owners. Our primary mission is to provide thorough, accurate, and well-documented appraisal and consulting assignments that are delivered in a timely fashion to the client. The principals of Bryant & Rutledge, LLC have over 30 years of real estate valuation and consulting experience. They have an extensive level of experience with a wide variety of property types and have experience that covers a broad geographic area. Bryant & Rutledge, LLC primarily serves Charlotte and surrounding counties, but also serves most areas of North Carolina and South Carolina.
