Hire Trade Alliance Ltd (HTA) An association of independent tool and equipment hire businesses run by the trade for the trade. HTA was established in 1997 by Patricia Laidler, General Secretary is Phil Mist. Recent work with a variety of new partners, development of new services and an increase in membership has created new opportunities for the association as a group and increased benefits. HTA offer membership to independent tool and equipment hire companies in order to grow their business and increase safety for staff and customers. HTA only offers services that are essential to small businesses within the industry. Members are welcomed as Operators, Suppliers and Associates.
