Our Community Managers are members of Community Association Institute (CAI) and Multifamily Northwest, both of which promote education for community and property managers in the Northwest, as well as raising awareness of the needs of tenants and community association members. We are licensed as property managers through the State of Oregon, and hold various designations through CAI and the National Apartment Association (NAA), showing our commitment to brining you the highest quality management possible.
