Our facility is fed by a 2.5 million gallon a day spring that is 100% contained on our property, which means no concerns about run-off from flowing through farm fields or along roadways. This water, which pours from the ground at a chilly 56° year round flows directly into our trout grow-out raceways were we simulate a natural stream environment. Everything is single pass gravity fed, which means no electricity consumed pumping our water. We never utilize chemicals in our grow-out process and even do all our aquatic weed control by hand. We deliver fresh trout into the Greater Nashville Area every Monday and Thursday and it arrives at your door within 4 hours of leaving our crystal clear spring water. We deliver on ice in coolers which are unloaded at the customer, so we generate zero packaging waste. Our ice is made with our spring water, so our trout arrive having never even touched a chlorinated ice cube.
