The Duster Dollies is a franchised booking agency for residential cleaning. The Head Office is in Canberra ACT, and there are several Agencies in Sydney. Currently our Agencies are providing residential cleaning services for people living along the Northern Beaches, Inner West, Lower and Upper North Shore and the Hills areas of Sydney. Each Agency registers and trains contract cleaners and provides them with work. The agencies find their own work via local promotion and referrals. Each job is quoted and the cleaners are started up in the property on the first clean. Varying types of cleaning services are provided. There is a regular maintenance clean, which is carried out on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, but we also provide Spring Cleans, Moving In or Out cleans and Renovation Cleans. These larger cleans are more demanding and a supervisor is present to ensure the job is completed to our standards. The Duster Dollies is noted for its customer service having won the Customer Service Achievers Award in 2009. Because of the demand for residential cleaning we are always looking for new franchisees. The Agency is the franchise. It is a self-contained life-style business run from home. Because contractors do the cleaning work the Agency Manager can take time off for holidays or long-weekends knowing that the business is still operating and receiving its regular income.
