Premier Sports Recovery provides state of the art recovery therapy treatments to help active and non-active individuals bring their body back to homeostasis (its natural state) by speeding up their recovery from sport, exercise, mental stress, or just the rigors of day to day activities. What we do is NOT physical therapy. Although, there are some similarities, our goal is to help the weekend warrior, the individual who rides their bike to and from work, or that person who isn’t an active individual but spends long hours at work behind a desk and in front of a computer screen, feel mentally and physically restored, refresh, and reenergized.   These individuals are not injured or returning to work post-surgery. They are your everyday people who need to get rid of the soreness from their morning workout routine or that ache in their lower back from sitting long hours typing and on the phone during the work week.
