SmartParley is a web-platform that brings condominium owners as a digital community easily together. As a user of SmartParley they can share information and meet digitally. This works as simple as a Facebook group except it is compliant to the laws of Germany. The condominium owners can organise itself in a so-called "parley". In this way, the documents and data of the building can be jointly managed, viewed and commented on, centrally and transparently and in constant exchange with the property management. The core of this is the simple and location-independent communication of the condominium owners with each other and with the administrator, including the annual condominium owners' meeting with voting functionality. SmartParley integrates all modern communication channels: Video function, telephone integration, text chat and much more. And of course, "hybrid" meetings are also possible, where some of the participants are physically together at a central location. And of course, participation for legal representatives is also possible.
