Founded in 1998, our company has cost effectively measured and drawn over two hundred million square feet of office, retail, educational/college, industrial, institutional, and government space throughout North America. Proprietary LTS Survey (proprietary) Software puts LASERTECH in the forefront for the preparation of accurate, comprehensive, and cost efficient as-built floor plans related products such as reflected ceiling plans, power/communication plans and elevations. Deliverables include hardcopy Building Reports together with AutoCAD (DWG) (layered to the Client Standard), REVIT and digital graphic (PDF) files, as well as digital photos. The CAD files become the property of the client. Projects have been completed from Anchorage to Miami, and New York to San Diego, through 45 States, as well as Canada and Mexico.
