Talent Match, Inc. is a social enterprise working to close the skills gap among Rwandan college educated youth. It was founded by a young Rwandan who saw the need and the increasing demand for talent in Rwanda, and the lack of such talent regardless of the increasing levels of education in the country. Talent Match is stepping in to bridge the skills gap among young adults, and aims to transform students and recent graduates into competitive well-equipped young professionals. The venture targets young adults aged 18-27, and equips them with both soft and industry specific skills necessary to adapt to the dynamics in the Rwandan labor market. It does so by partnering with both universities and employers to create career development programs that serve as a bridge in solving the skills mismatch in Rwanda. Beyond the career development program for students and recent graduates, Talent Match also welcomes skills-development and capacity building to interested individuals, groups and companies. Talent Match offers training and skills development services that include one-on-one consulting, skills development workshops and group training targeted at employees in start-ups, firms, and organizations.
