ReturnPool (estab. 2007) is a global “rapid IT solutions provider” with subsidiaries in Colombo (Sri Lanka), Bogotá (Colombia) and Amstelveen (the Netherlands). Main focus in all solutions is on business process improvement and the (rapid) development of software to support this. The Srilankan office is an IT Development & Administration Center. Specialisms include large-scale connectivity projects, (rapid) software development (platforms Servoy, Spring, Java) and low-cost administration and support activities. We have built significant logistics solutions and conducted SAP integration projects for multinationals such as Nokia, Microsoft and Blackberry. We are a well-established employer in Colombo with an excellent network in the local IT community. Our Colombian branch is a Sales and Support Office with its prime focus on the Latin American market. It has an interesting and rapidly-growing mix of customers, ranging from large retail chains to companies in the aviation industry. For most customers we have optimized their business processes by replacing manual, paperwork/excel driven processes by an end-to-end mobile solution. The Headoffice in the Netherlands is primarily focused on Project Management. This is where the two owners of ReturnPool reside. With our expertise in the areas of business process optimization, rapid IT development, (reverse) logistics and project management we have successfully implemented a large variety of projects on a global scale.
