This entails discretely bringing together buyers/sellers and projects/investors, working on either buy or sell side retained mandates. Geographically, across all business lines the deals are around 40% United Kingdom, 40% Mainland Europe and 20% International. Our deals are £1m+ and typically in the £10-50m mid-market range. We provide our clients with private off-market opportunities, maintaining regular contact with clients keeping them informed of changing market conditions, as well as new and exciting projects.
