The Bikeability Trust is the national charity for the government's cycle education programme based on the National Standard for Cycle Training: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/the-national-standard-for-cycle-training. Alongside engineering and enforcement, cycle education contributes to more people cycling, more safely, more often. High-quality cycle education enables confident and enjoyable cycling, raises awareness of skilful cycling among all road users, and contributes to better transport, health and well being. The Trust exists to strengthen Bikeability, promote its benefits and maximise its impact.
