The Taste Workshop provides events, communications outreaches and consulting to help organizations and individuals connect health to the pleasure of eating. Founder Michele Redmond is a Dietitian, Chef and Food Enjoyment Activist taking doubt, fear and judgment off the table to create a more positive food culture. Individuals, organizations and their employees are exposed daily to conflicting nutrition information, negative-food messages and the idea that eating well is time consuming and challenging. At the Taste Workshop, the focus is how to: • simplify food and eating decisions; • navigate our crazy modern food world and confusing nutrition news; • create an individualized approach to your best food lifestyle; • prepare easy, delicious meals; and, • experience eating as satisfying and relaxing pleasure. Services include speaking, corporate wellness training, nutrition communication outreaches (videos, writing and media), consulting, and culinary nutrition events and taste literacy workshops locally and internationally.
