Founded in 1978 the VAGTC supports educators, parents and professionals to teach, raise, guide and advocate for gifted and talented children in Victoria, Australia. VAGTC members concentrate their efforts to develop identification strategies, offer mentoring opportunities and discuss contemporary and future trends in the teaching of gifted and talented children. Without bias, the VAGTC is a not-for-profit organisation providing support for public, private and religious-affiliated schools across Victoria and through its membership of the Australian Association for Educators of the Gifted and Talented.
