At Foundation for Shared Impact (FSI), we envision a world where shared impact is at the heart of real and lasting social change. To achieve this, we are constantly exploring and creating radically new and innovative strategies that unite, educate and empower every entrepreneur to reimagine existing business models and be at the forefront of social change. Over the last 10 years, we’ve developed a one-of-a-kind impact-based learning curriculum that teaches university students about shared impact and how to put this philosophy to practice. We’ve activated dozens of members of the corporate sector via Community Connections and have empowered over 900+ alumni around the world to adopt a shared impact mindset and apply it to their day-to-day work. To date, we’ve helped 40+ social enterprises, including 13 portfolio startups, scale their impact by working directly with founders and team members on building their capacity and scope not just as businesses, but as community leaders. We are the only organization in Hong Kong (and beyond) that teaches shared impact and empowers leaders across sectors and organizations through this lens.
