The Brazilian Trade Promotion Sector (SECOM), a division of the Consulate General of Brazil in Vancouver, is part of a network headquartered at the Department of Trade Promotion (DPR) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil. The Brazilian Commercial Sector operates throughout Canada, in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Yukon and Northwest Territories. The primary function is to promote Brazilian exports to Canada, and offer support for Canadian companies to invest in Brazil or import Brazilian products and services.
