Amanda Credeur, E-YRT 200 & YACEP, is a certified Yoga Instructor and Life Coach. With her focus on alignment, unique sequencing, and fun perspective, her classes are individually created to fulfill the needs of the practitioner(s) in a safe, comfortable environment. This is the yoga you've been searching to find! From vision board workshops to beginner yoga to advanced training, she can curate a practice to help you define and achieve your goals. Over a decade of teaching experience and over fifteen years of personal practice has given her a varied background with which to pull inspiration and share her knowledge. She has experience teaching in a multitude of settings from private instruction to group workshops to corporate presentations. At the core of her teaching is the understanding that practice is only beneficial if it creates positive results outside of class. Classes can include yoga or life coaching, or a combination based on the student(s) needs. Instruction is also available for CEUs, and individual classes can be created for yoga teachers by request.
