All stages of build are completed in-house by our skilled staff using the latest modern methods of manufacture. This starts with our expert design team who utilise solidworks software to provide advanced models for both the client and production. It’s then over to our fabrication team who bend, prep, and weld the steel to form the container shell, which is then painted, and spray foam insulated. Finally, it heads over to our innovative lining facility. A conveyor belt system pulls each unit through various ‘fit out’ stations; studwork, flooring, lining, plumbing & electrics, to deliver a fully complete & quality checked unit by the end of the belt. We have a comprehensive product range, encompassing site accommodation, storage solutions, toilet, shower and changing facilities, and sales suites.
