The Agency of Partnership for Progress (APP) is a Moroccan public institution, created by Decree N° 1-08-12 dated February 26, 2008. Its mission is to implement and execute the program pertaining to the “Millennium Challenge Compact” valued at $697.5 million and signed on August 13, 2007 between the Government of Morocco and the Government of the United States of America. Sectors covered are: Agriculture, Small Scale Fisheries, Handicrafts, Small Enterprises, Microfinance and Literacy and vocational training.
