Trackwriters is a small music production suite run by Dan Wakefield, an English sound designer and composer based in Oslo. We specialise in recording and producing for bands and singer/songwriters, game audio, bespoke music writing, mixing and mastering. Since 2005, Dan has helped many artists get their music off the paper, and with 12 years of experience in recording and production, your music is in safe hands. Dan's music has been featured on almost all the BBC radio stations in Britain, Kerrang and, briefly, the official UK music charts. Dan was the lead singer, songwriter and guitarist in the UK band Dastards for six years. Dan is also CEO of Antagonist, a small game studio based in Oslo. Antagonist released Through the Woods for PC in 2016, on which Dan was the sound designer and composer. As well as a recording studio, professional production, programming, mixing and mastering, other services we provide are lyric writing, film and TV scores, computer game/phone app sound design and voiceovers.
