Our partners act on behalf of their clients before all courts and authorities – magistrates, cantonal appeals and federal authorities (FTA, COMCO, FINMA, etc.), the cantonal administrative Court (CDAP) of Vaud and the Federal Supreme Court (TF). Our lawyers are actively involved in the fields of academia, economics, sports, international arbitration, culture, voluntary work and science. Two partners are Professors at the Universities of Lausanne and Neuchâtel, while two others are certified SBA (Swiss Bar Association) specialists and arbitrators. Each publishes regularly in his areas of expertise.
