A.R.C. carries out market value estimates, and retrospective valuation on land and real estate to assist developers and individuals with strategic planning, disputes, and insurance claims, and determine fair value for financial reporting. Our experts develop reports and provide expert witness testimony in legal disputes; calculate loss of value and estimate compensation for expropriation matters. Our Appraisers hold the highest level of qualifications including; AACI P.App, DAC, DAR, IFAS, CPPA, and Certified Appraisal Reviewer. A.R.C.
