Junior Enterprise is an civil association, non-profit, entirely student-managed which enables students to conduct business consulting projects for others senior enterprises or even for social purposes The JEM offers a consulting service with low costs, raising both quality and chance of success of ventures in a country with high demand for employment and profit. Besides, gives students an opportunity to put in practice what was taught in classrooms, giving valuables lessons about teamwork, leadership, creativity, networking and quality. Such characteristics are considered a gap in the market. It was always one of the goals of the JEM the formation of leader executives and entrepreneurs, conscious of their fundamental roles for development of the country. Nowadays, Brazil is highlighted in the movement. There are more than 600 enterprises in the whole country, offering a huge range of services. To better organize the movement, in 2003 was created the Brasil Junior, a national confederation, its goal to represent the Junior Enterprises in nationwide and improve the Junior Enterprise Movement as educational agent and business generator. The Junior Enterprise of Gama Filho University is a civil association, non-for-profit and not aligned to political parties. Stands out today as one of the few Junior Enterprises multidisciplinary in Rio de Janeiro. Works in the branches of Communication, Organizational, Research, Quality and Social Responsibility. Managed only by the students of the university, which have the support and guidance of the teachers in planning and executing the projects. Have the mission to improve the theoretical and practical knowledge of Gama Filho University‘s Students through real business experiences, performing activities under full confidence and confidentiality, dynamism, flexibility and quality, with permanent technological update in consulting processes and procedures, and the critical awareness of social responsibility of the actions taken
