The purpose of the Centre for Character Leadership is to support leaders in creating a high-trust, effective culture. This goal may sound simple but the path is challenging. Kathleen has supported leaders for virtually three decades in developing the vision, skills and discipline to achieve their goals. Her coaching engagements, skills building programs and five books, exist for one reason. To help leaders build the tools required to create workplaces of respect, integrity, trust and authentic communication. To achieve results what is required is a healthy culture and leaders of good character.
