In 2007, PT Multi Taruna Sejati officially obtain a PCO license from Jakarta Tourism & Culture Office, and also become a member of INCCA (Indonesia Congress & Convention Association) and KADIN. For the last 20 years, PT Multi Taruna Sejati organize hundreds of various MICE activities includes meetings, incentives, conference, exhibition, training, social program, summit, workshop, and other activities related with the event which takes place all over Indonesia and overseas from 15 up to 1.500 participants. We experience in managing culturally diverse participants from village head participants level to ambassadors, ministers, and leaders from several countries in attending the events. PT Multi Taruna Sejati as licensed Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) has the access to large networks of numerous suppliers from all over Indonesia and overseas to support the successful implementation of events. If time allows, we always look for proposals from 3 (three) different suppliers in order to get the best offer possible, including from venue, airlines, AV, documentation, talents, transportation, and other support services. PT Multi Taruna Sejati creates and determines sufficient and efficient budget for the event and financial reports to reconcile costs against budget. We are also able to provide last minute pre- finance requirements as usually occur for event related with the government.
