Celebrate Strengths
www.celebratestrengths.comOur DATA comes from a 25-minute questionnaire measuring hard-wired personality traits and cognitive learning speed. It is a blueprint of how an individual thinks, learns, and behaves. The DATA describes how an individual's specific capabilities show up in a job role, learning environment, and in most experiences in their life. The Celebrate Cities Program focuses on DATA solutions, research, and an action plan for cities. The power of blind DATA allows us to see patterns in the micro DATA blueprints of a county or city, to the macro DATA blueprints of a state or country. We focus on the talent pool vs. available jobs vs. resources and training availability. Tracking the career journeys of students, job seekers, and veterans allow us to see missing links using DATA. The Celebrate Schools Program will focus on under-funded and high-risk schools, but our tools are available to any school or university. We work to provide each student with the resources they need to find a sustainable career path. We will offer two DATA solutions. The first tool is a classroom application that makes it faster and easier for teachers to manage the different personalities and learning needs of their students. Our Try On Jobs tool allows students to understand their unique job capabilities and discover job possibilities anywhere around the world. With the use of AI, students are additionally able to search for internships, colleges, alternative programs, and the skills needed for a specific job. The Capabilities Program will focus on partnering with organizations that help those with disabilities with ages ranging from high schoolers to adults. We engage with large and small non-profits and programs that center on career planning and counseling for persons with disabilities, or capabilities as we named the program. DATA opens up a world of possibilities by matching hard-wired job capabilities to jobs. Defining a person by their strengths and what they can do can change their life.
