The Burlington Soccer Club was first established as the Burlington Police Minor Soccer in 1962. With only four teams representing less than 100 players playing games on Central Park in the summer of 1963. A lot has changed in the past 52 years, now with more than 600 teams playing games on a weekly basis, development programs for boys and girls aged 3 to 21, multiple indoor facilities for more than 1000 players as well as programs for coaches and referees. The BSC has become one of the most recognized and successful soccer Clubs in North America by winning multiple National Championships, 44 Ontario Cups, numerous Indoor Ontario Cups, producing a number of National team players and sending over 150 players to University on soccer scholarships. BSC continues to grow and evolve to bring the best soccer programs to the City of Burlington by providing numerous indoor and outdoor soccer activities such as recreational and competitive programs, camps, coach and referee training, and specialized training.
