Located in Pennsylvania (PA), Broshar Consulting was founded in 2000 to provide expert consulting services such as feasibility analysis, regulatory guidance and ASC management expertise to help develop new ASCs and to optimize freestanding ASC operations, hospital ASC performance, and the application of ASC principles in the legal, business development and health care arenas. Deborah S. Kitz, Ph.D. is the Principal of Broshar Consulting. Through her hands-on approach to consulting, her education and her experience, Debbie is able to guide the development of solutions tailored specifically to the needs of Broshar's clients.
