The Executive Council is a decision-making body for Dubai that aims to strengthen security and order, overlooks the development of providing appropriate utilities and services, and achieving economic and social progress. Dubai Plan 2021 seeks to grow the emirate’s role as a sustainable smart city and the home of creative facilitators who are happy and proud; it also seeks to shape the local economy into a key hub in the global economy.
