Launching the Delivery Rider Academy is born out of the need to further our goals and local investment, through identifying talent and the mechanisms of training required to up-skill ordinary people, allowing them to personalize their own career journey. The launch of the Rider Academy also provides our partners with the opportunity to expand their business through the outsourcing of local South African riders and the rider training to Digisphere.
