Advantx Home Care, Inc. is a privately owned Medicare/Medicaid Licensed and Certified Home Health agency located in Sherman, Texas. Incorporated January 2000, our agency has provided services to Grayson, Cooke, Fannin, and Collin County for 21 Years. We are in network with most major Insurance Companies and their managed care sub-units including their HMO plans. United Healthcare, BCBSTx, are most common in our area at this time. We support our Veterans and are proud to be In Network with Triwest and our new Private Duty line of service for the VA through the Community Care Network or CCN. We provide Skilled Services of RN's, LVN's, PT's PTA's, OT's COTA's, SLP, MSW, and CNA's. Non-Skilled PCA's services for the CCN program.
