The Clark Investors & Locators Association (CILA) is a non-profit organization duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. It is recognized by the Clark Development Corporation (CDC), a corporation duly created by the Base Conversion Development Authority (BCDA), owing to its membership base and its proven track record in representing the interest of the Clark Special Economic Zone (CSEZ) locators and valuable information it can provide regarding the global market.
