The Northwest Energy Efficiency Council (NEEC) is a business association of the energy efficiency industry. Membership is open to firms that manufacture or provide energy efficiency products and services, utilities, public agencies, and others interested in energy efficiency. The Council's members include many of the leading energy efficiency firms doing business in the Northwest. Members include manufacturers, energy service companies, engineering firms, electrical and HVAC contractors, consultants, architects and designers, data management, educators, lighting companies, research firms, utilities, government agencies and non-profit corporations.
