In 1919 Gerald Grover a man with a vision opened an Estate Agency near where Doncaster Shopping Town is today. Some years later Stuart Dawson entered into partnership with Gerald and the business of Grover Dawson was formed. The agency pioneered the selling and subdivision of orchards into homesites throughout the City of Manningham.
