Vega Civil Engineering, LLC, is a woman-owned company founded by Martha Williamson, Alex Wesolovski, and Matt Hlavaty in Portland, OR, during the Spring of 2019. The founding members have a combined experience of 25 years in civil site design for public and private projects. Vega Civil Engineering’s holistic approach to design delivers a quality product that fosters relationships and proactively addresses the challenges inherent within each project. Vega remains engaged throughout the duration of the project: providing design solutions, insight into jurisdictional requirements, and assistance during construction.
