Dance is a wonderful way for children to make new friends, build confidence and enhance their social skills. It is an expression of your child’s personality and a way for them to explore who they are. Dancing is a relaxed and enjoyable way to keep fit, both physically and mentally, whilst improving strength, coordination, stamina and flexibility. It also encourages the release of happy endorphins. Working closely with the teachers and other dancers can help your child to develop creativity, communication, teamwork and leadership skills that are transferable with many other aspects of their life.
