Insolvency & Bankruptcy Restructured is a student-led initiative that intends to foster academic research and discussion in the fields of insolvency, bankruptcy, and company liquidation, amongst other areas. We aim to fill the dearth of neutral academic writing on the aforementioned subject area by publishing articles on our online blog, and eventually increasing our ambit. We endeavor to build a thriving insolvency and bankruptcy law culture and engage with a rapidly evolving area of law in India.
