As you know interest in Business Analytics and Data Science is becoming a buzz-ward now-a-days and interest for corporate is ever increasing on these topics for sustaining and increasing day-today business and startups. We have started a full time Program leading to M Tech degree in Data Science and Business Analytics (4th batch have taken admission). I think this is a course launched in India for first time, though similar courses are available abroad. However, we have made this course even stronger by incorporating various tools namely R, R Studio, Tableau, SAS, SPSS, Python etc., which are not offered in a bundle by any of the universities worldwide. We also have started B. Tech Data Science, a program which is launched first time in India any any Indian university. Program Objective and outcome:  Training our students to be leaders in business data management process and business analytics approaches  Providing our students with experiential learning and project management with industry exposure opportunities using live data sets for analytics, application and problem solutions  Formulate context-relevant questions and hypotheses to drive data scientific research  Identify, obtain, and transform a data set to make it suitable for the production of statistical evidence communicated in written form  Build models based on new data types, experimental design, and statistical inference  Strong understanding of various Business Analytics tools like R, R Studio, Tableau, SPSS and SAS to achieve Business Problem solving skill.
