Trial lawyers Scott Perry and Mikhael Charnoff developed a mutual respect from opposite sides of the courtroom, and decided to form their own firm. When we agree to represent a client, we expect that case will go to trial, and we prepare each step of litigation accordingly. Our combined thirty years of trial experience, on both sides of the table, allow us to view each case from a comprehensive perspective. We are comfortable in the courtroom. Simply put, trial experience matters. We are familiar with the practices and procedures of local courts, and how to best advocate for our clients in each venue. We use the litigation process to achieve results, not to fight pointless battles. Much of the time, effort, and money spent on litigation occurs during the pre-trial phase, which includes pleadings, discovery, and motions practice. We approach this phase in an aggressive, yet cost-effective manner. No one wins when cases languish, and our approach respects that. We genuinely enjoy the practice of law.
