Branching from Discovery Academy that was established in 1989, Discovery Day is Utah’s Premier Life-Skills Institute For Teens (UPLIFT). Our UPLIFT curriculum offers students individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans developed from assessment and consultation. All our therapy sessions are run by fully licensed mental health or recreation therapists. Operating within the historic Ivy Tower in downtown Provo, Utah.
