Based in Ossett, West Yorkshire, we produce to traditional quality standards using leading edge technology and are ideally placed to provide current and future market solutions with recyclable, sustainable and bio-degradable options. We use a variety of reclaimed , virgin, manmade and natural fibres. Our processes include Lamination Many different backing fabrics can be incorporated into the needle punch and thermal bonding stage to add strength and stability to felt products. These can be manmade or natural fibre scrims. Needle Punch A variety of traditional needle punch products can be made utilising all fibre combinations. Non Woven Technology We use advanced Airlay, Garnett and blending technology to manufacture an extensive range of felt options. Thermal Bonding We also use advanced thermal bonding equipment to produce a range of hard or soft bonded products. These are especially popular with mattress making customers.
