Worldwide there are more than 40 locations with approximately 11,000 employees. Our group has an exceptional organizational model: the majority (86%) of our group's shares are owned by the Pierre Fabre Foundation. This unique shareholder structure guarantees the independence of the company and allows us to devote a large part of the profit to development projects. This is in line with the principles of our founder Pierre Fabre.
