Full Circle Strategies is a Black owned, women led firm that was established in 2017 by sisters Dr. Kim Baker and Dr. Kenya Minott. Full Circle supports organizations in building and sustaining a culture of anti-racism to influence their internal and external work. We do this by helping to build actively anti-racist organizations and leaders through research, training, coaching, and outreach within our HEARTspeak Academy program and in using our AWARE Scale - Accessing Workplace Attitudes towards Racial Equity.
