The Exit 11 brand started as a hybrid Coworking and Coffee House. The demand for the coffee grew, but parking was limited in the current building and there were no drive-thru coffee shops in Franklin County, MO. After a few years of research and planning, they opened their first two-sided drive-thru coffee trailer just up the street from their first location in June 2018. Within a month they doubled their coffee business. As volume increased, they began roasting their beans through a shared facility in St. Louis and offering their own Scottie's Coffee and Scottie's Syrups retail. In mid-March of 2020 in the middle of a pandemic they opened their second location in Union, MO. In April 2020 they started selling beans online. And they have just begun...
