TÜV AUSTRIA TVFA performs mechanical testing and fatigue testing, from small components to large complex structures. We also provide full scale metallographic testing, in-service measurements, magnetic rope testing, engineering consulting and failure analysis. We are a platform between industry and science and one of the biggest accredited testing laboratories in central Europe in close cooperation with TU-Wien, Vienna university of technology. Our two laboratories are equipped with a 20 by 13m testing field with 16+ hydraulic axes up to 650kN and a series of component and materials testing machines. Our metallographic testing laboratory offers full material characterisation, chemical analysis and corrosion testing capabilities.
