Regent Homes is a semi-custom homebuilder building detached single family homes between 2,500 – 3,500 sq ft and from $350,000 - $550,000. Our business is primarily focused in Delaware & Franklin county in the north and northwest portions of Columbus, Ohio. Our homes are all custom designs that incorporate Craftsman inspired exterior elevations and architecture. We strive to continually improve our product based on feedback from our customers before, during and after the sale, and we are diligent on new product development.
