The firm was founded by Zahi Mimassi in 2010 taking Beirut as its headquarters. In 2011 a second office was established in Muscat, Oman. A third office has been established in Dubai in 2016 & Phoenix’s organic growth has continued by establishing a fourth office in Cairo in 2019, a fifth office in Canada in 2022, a sixth office in Saudi Arabia in 2022 and a seventh office in United Kingdom in 2022.
