Starting as "Rawever Young" in 2013, Denis Fregonese planted the seeds for Pianta with a bright idea, to heal with food. He worked endlessly to create products like the "Mamma Mia" burger that are delicious, ideal for health, and authentic to Italian culture. Over time, Denis wanted to diversify his menu and create dishes that could appeal to more people while still upholding standards, like his mouth-watering lasagna.
