The GEEW (Gastroenterology and Endotherapy European Workshop) is an annual 3-day medical congress combining live-demonstrations with direct interaction between participants, moderators and experts . Live cases are directly transmitted from Erasme Hospital to provide the most comprehensive illustration of endoscopic procedures. Throughout the demonstrations, information summarizing the most recent publications will be displayed to reinforce the discussion based on scientific evidence. The intended audience includes gastroenterologists, surgeons, internists and oncologists, nurses and GI assistants, MD’s in training and medical students. The GEEW is the oldest meeting of its kind and known worldwide for its scientific program providing every year state-of-the-art lectures, hands-on sessions and clinically relevant cases.
